Owner and CEO of VakVarjú Restorant family and Budapest Party Service
He become well known as the founder of the marketleader party service provider (Budapest Party Service Kft.) and than he opened several exciting restaurants in the past years. (Mákvirág Étterem, Bodza Bistro, VakEgér Tőzsdekocsma, Fasírt Kitchen) He is a kitchen master, vice president of the Hungarian Restaurant Guild, leader of the division of Gastronomy in the Hungarian Party organizers and proividers, husband, the father of four children. He believes that his profession can be delivered only with full heart and soul. According his opinion success comes from empathy, understanding the economy and conscious and effective planning. He believes that a good restaurant combines the flexibel new trends with the traditional knowledge of our anchestors, and you can provide quality work only coming from a warm family background. His work is his passion: he speaks about the new technologies of his profession with his friends, about the exciting word of events, about the everyday life of a restaurant kitchen. There is a never ending experience. He is with his team a key player of his market in Hungary, they prove their mastery more than 800 time a year.
Besides the family and work he is running a community that opened a kindergarden named Szent Gellért for 125 children.
